Posterous import works well, but what about the feeds?

The new "import" feature of Posterous seems to work well, at least with Tumblr, as you can see http://import-scyb.posterous.com/ looks pretty much like http://recyclage-paris.tumblr.com/ ... no? It doesn't? It's because Tumblr is updated by an RSS feed, while Posterous just took a snapshot at a given time.

I think Posterous import feature works well, but they should soon or later allow users to specify external feeds to increase their blog content.

The Pages thing leads to errors ?

I couldn't find the doc to the new Pages feature thing, so I tried to create one. It went OK, until I renamed it "Other resources". Now I have several links on top of my blog, several pages I can't rename or delete, it's a real mess.

I'd like at least to be able to delete all this Pages, but it won't do anything. They are not delete, as far as I can see.

No blog archive hierarchical menu?

Blog archive, available on most blogging platform, is often displayed as a single column with all the subjects of the posts send during the last month. Here is how it looks on blogger for example:

This feature is - I think - mandatory because it allows the user to look at all the recent post entries easily, not only the 5 to 10 displayed on the first page.

I wish Posterous had an option to insert an "Archives" section. Maybe soon ?

Autopost failed: now what? For how long?

Autopost to my blogger blog started failing after 50 messages. I'm pretty sure that this is because Blogger doesn't like to be flooded with posts, they probably think I'am a spammer. Anyway, there is no obvious notification on posterous.

I think that Posterous will try autoposting for maybe 24 hours, then it'll stop. If your Posterous blog continues to grow fast, there is probably no possibility to catchup with Blogger.

Bookmarklet & ebay

On any other website, when a page contains multiple images in a raw and you select them, the bookmarklet will correctly find them and include them, so they get posted to the blog.

This doesn't work with Ebay when you select multiple image from an auction: only the first one will be sent, even if you have selected the last one, as shown on the following screenshot (the selected picture shows a card on the solder side while the image in the bookmarklet is the first one of this auction which is the card component side. Note that the text too has not been included.).

Cloud Sites | DFW | Network Online

As of 3:45 PM CST, we are currently experiencing an issue within our Dallas / Fort Worth data center.  We are investigating the issue and will post an update momentarily.

UPDATE: As of 3:55 PM CST, to clarify: This is a networking issue affecting Cloud Sites in our DFW data center.

UPDATE: As of 4:05 PM CST, networking engineers are quickly working to address this issue.  We should have a resolution shortly.

UPDATE: As of 4:14 PM CST, another point of clarification: This is not a power issue in DFW, all power is confirmed up and has not been down.  This is a networking issue.

UPDATE: As of 4:15 PM CST, the networking issue affecting our DFW data center has now been resolved.  Networking connectivity for Cloud Sites in our DFW data center has been restored.
